Talk to your host about having using a wildcard SSL for the other sites if you want to use Stripe - or you can use PayPal to process offsite so you don't need an SSL.
This is a limitation of your hosting, not a limitation of Paid Membership Pro. Perhaps you can upgrade to another hosting plan with the same host that will allow you the SSL's you need.
